As Founder & Co-Owner, AJ oversees all operations at Alliance Commercial Flooring while also serving as an active project manager, creating a lasting relationship with clients, and ensuring crew are scheduled to work each week. AJ values teamwork and prides himself on being involved with employee and client needs. His number one priority? Build a strong relationship with clients through superior installation and service.
When he’s not at work, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, Golf, Basketball, Fishing, and participating in local events.

Elias Ocampo is a co-owner of Alliance Commercial Floorings. Instrumental in delivering exceptional flooring services, Elias is driven by an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, fostering enduring relationships through a tailored approach to understanding and meeting the unique needs of diverse businesses. Outside his professional role, Elias is a devoted family man and loving father of four, finding joy in quality time with his children and maintaining an active lifestyle through pursuits such as biking, running, and volleyball. Elias’s journey in the commercial flooring industry reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence, dedication to clients, and the values of family and fitness that extend beyond the boardroom.
Frangie Ocampo

Frangie Ocampo is a dedicated Estimator driven by a passion for precision and excellence in the construction industry. With meticulous attention to detail, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of construction projects by providing accurate estimates. Frangie transforms architectural plans into comprehensive takeoffs, outlining precise quantities of materials and labor required for each project, contributing significantly to project planning and budgeting. Outside of his professional pursuits, Frangie has a love for the outdoors which extends to his furry companion, Biscuit, and he finds fulfillment in his passion for basketball, where he experiences both challenge and camaraderie on the court.

Mayra Hernandez is an estimator for Alliance Commercial Flooring, where she combines her sociable nature and creativity to excel in her role. She is passionate about working with people and has a deep love for crafts. Mayra firmly believes that learning and growth are lifelong pursuits and is always eager to embrace new opportunities for self-improvement. Outside of her professional life, she treasures spending time with her husband, Alejandro, and their sons, Matias and Benjamin. On weekends, she proudly takes on the role of soccer mom, cheering on her boys and enjoying every moment of their family life.

Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the company’s financial stability and growth, Mariela oversees daily reports and ensures impeccable organization of the organization’s books. As a dedicated steward of financial resources, Mariela plays a pivotal role in Alliance Commercial Flooring’s ongoing success, contributing to growth and sustained profitability through meticulous attention to detail and strategic financial management. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Mariela finds joy in spending quality time with her daughter, Emely, and channels her passion for creativity and culinary arts into crafting delectable dishes for her loved ones.
